The Department of Hand Surgery is headed by Dr. Georgios Mazis and covers the entire spectrum of conservative and surgical treatment of diseases and injuries below the level of the elbow.

In the field of conservative therapy, modern orthotics, therapeutic infusions and targeted physiotherapy are used.

We use all modern techniques, such as wrist and small joint arthroscopy, total small joint arthroplasty (CMC, MCP, PIP replacements), corrective osteotomies, tendon transfers and arthrodesis.
