Panagiotis G. Pantos is in charge of the departments of Upper limbs and Athletic Injuries at “OSTEON” Orthopedic Clinic and has a PhD from University of Athens Medical School. He is the Director of the Orthopedic Clinic at Athens Medical Center (Marousi), while at the same time he holds the position of Deputy Director of the department of Orthopedics and Traumatology, at the Shoulder Surgery Clinic, Klinik Maingau vom Roten Kreuz, in Frankfurt, Germany.

He has specialized in Shoulder Surgery through many years of clinical work and targeted training at leading specialized centers in Germany and worked alongside world -renowned surgeons.

 

 

Vassilios I. Sakellariou

 

Vassilios I. Sakellariou is the head of the Department of Reconstructive & Minimally Invasive Hip – Knee Surgery at “OSTEON” Orthopedic Clinic and has a PhD from University of Athens Medical School. At the same time, he is the Director of the Orthopedic Clinic at Athens Medical Center (Marousi), and specializes in the areas of Adult Reconstructive Surgery & Large Joint Surgery.

He specializes in the most contemporary and innovative arthroscopic methods and minimally invasive surgery of the largest joints of the body, hip and knee.

 

 

Konstantinos A. Starantzis has a PhD from University of Athens Medical School (EKPA) and he is the director of the Orthopedic Clinic of Spine Surgery at Athens Medical Center (Marousi). He has a long tenure as a Consultant Spinal Surgeon at North Staffordshire University Hospital in the United Kingdom. He is the Scientific Director and Head of the Spine Department of Osteon Orthopedic Clinic.

Dedicated to the field of Spine Surgery, Mr. Starantzis has been extensively and targeted trained in recognized centers in Greece and abroad, alongside  leading surgeons of the field.

 

Panagiotis Symeonidis is the head of the Department of Foot and Ankle at “OSTEON” Orthopedic Clinic and has a PhD from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

He serves his field with dedication and passion. Foot and ankle specialization is currently only available abroad. Dr Symeonidis has received clinical training in renowned centers in Germany, Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States. He is one of the few Orthopaedic surgeons in Greece with a specialization in Foot and Ankle surgery.

Vassilios Vougioukas is an Assistant Professor of Neurosurgery (Privatdozent) at the University of Freiburg (Germany), he received a PhD from the University of Göttingen (Germany) and he is the Director of the Neurosurgery Clinic with expertise in Minimally Invasive Brain and Spine Surgery at Athens Medical Center (Marousi- Psychiko). Since September 2020 he has been in charge of the Neurosurgery Department of Osteon Clinic.
